"Looked nice, but didn’t really bring people in"
I put this sign up outside my shop a few weeks ago, right near the front window where I usually keep a little display table and some plants. It was definitely bright and easy to see, especially in the evening, but I didn’t notice much of a difference in customer traffic. A few regulars mentioned it looked nice, but it didn’t really bring in many new people like I was hoping

I sent it back weeks ago and I’m still waiting on the refund. Every time I contact support, there’s another reason it hasn’t gone through yet, which doesn’t exactly make me feel like it’s being handled very urgently.

It does look nice once it’s up, but the brightness is kind of just average. In the room I had it in, it looked better when it was darker, but during the day it didn’t really pop much. Not sure if I was expecting too much, but I thought it would have a bit more glow. It’s not bad, just not as bright as I was hoping

"Customer service felt way behind the rest"
I reached out to neonchamp.com a few times about my order and it felt like nobody was checking messages. Compared to other online shops where you usually get at least a quick update, this was disappointing. Days passed with no real answer, and when I finally got a reply, it was so short it didn’t help at all. It’s frustrating when all you want is a basic order update. I probably wouldn’t order from them again unless they seriously improve their support.

The stuff on there looks nice, but the website kinda got on my nerves. Pages were loading slow for me, and the menu on my phone felt all over the place. I had to click around way too much just to find basic info, which was frustrating. Checkout worked fine I guess, but it didn’t feel Smooth. they definitely need to fix some things before I’d want to use it again

I checked it right after it arrived while I was making coffee, the design looks close to what I expected. Not something I needed to overthink, but it looks right enough to me.

"Looked better online than it does in person"
I was really hoping this neon sign would be a nice addition to my room, but I’m disappointed. It looked great in the pictures, but once I got it, it felt a lot cheaper than I expected. The edges were rough, the lighting wasn’t even, and after just a few days it started flickering. I guess I partly blame myself for trusting the photos and expecting better quality, but for the price, this really should have been made better.

"Color wasn’t even close"
I ordered what was supposed to be a bright blue sign, but when it arrived it looked way more purple than blue. The pics on the site really didnt match what I got at all. For the price, that was annoying honestly.

"Not really worth what I paid"
I ordered from Neon Champ thinking the sign would feel a lot more solid for the price, but it was just okay. From a distance it looks decent, but once you’re up close, it feels kind of cheap and not as high quality as I expected.
Shipping was fine and the sign does work, so I can’t say it was a total loss. But I also felt a bit ignored when I reached out with questions, which made the whole experience more frustrating. For the money, I think there are better options out there, and I probably wouldn’t buy again unless it was heavily discounted.

"Pretty happy with my neon sign"
I ordered a custom neon sign for my room it turned out really nice. The colors look great, and setting it up was way easier than I expected. Shipping did take longer than I was hoping, which I’m blaming on the delivery side of things, but overall I’m happy with how it came out.

I decided to try Neon Champ because they had a promo code showing on the site, and I figured I’d get a decent deal. But once I actually checked out, it literally didn’t work the way I thought it would.
The discount only knocked off a tiny amount after taxes and shipping, and some items weren’t included, which wasn’t really made clear upfront. It was annoying to only realize that at checkout.
The product itself was okay, so it wasn’t a total loss, but the whole promo code situation made the order feel less worth it. I’m not sure I’d buy again unless the deal is more straightforward.

"Sizing was close but not perfect"
I ordered from neonchamp.com and the sizing was kind of okay, but just not quite right. I went with my usual size, and it ended up fitting a little tighter than I expected.
It’s not terrible and I can still wear it, but I just wish the size guide had been a bit clearer. If I order again, I’d probably go one size up

"Ordering felt more frustrating than it should’ve"
I ordered from neonchamp.com, i don’t think I was expecting anything unreasonable here. For the price, I just figured the checkout and follow-up would feel a bit more polished. The payment went through fine, but after that the updates were slow, so I kept having to check on things myself. The confirmation email was really basic too and didn’t give me much to go off of. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, but after paying, I feel like it’s fair to want a little more reassurance and smoother communication.

"Proofing took more effort than expected"
The sign turned out fine in the end, but the proofing part was kind of frustrating. I had to ask for the same change more than once, and the replies felt a little slow. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but you expect the process to be smoother when you’re trying to get something simple done. Overall, it just added more back and forth than I was hoping for

"Warranty help was kind of a letdown"
Dealing with the warranty support was frustrating. It took them ages to get back to me, and I had to follow up twice just to keep things moving. They did help a little in the end, but yeah, the whole process wasn’t exactly smooth.

I was ready to place my order, but then extra costs suddenly showed up right at the end. That was frustrating because the total didn’t feel clear upfront. Overall, I don’t think that’s a great checkout experience, and it would definitely make me think twice before ordering again
